Haulage

CRT operates a lorry mounted crane and low loader trailer. The crane is capable of lifting one ton at a distance of 13.7 metres and the trailer is able to carry any one machine up to 22 tons.

This makes it a very versatile piece of equipment with a whole host of potential applications.

 We also have a 7.5 tonne flat bed and a Euro curtain sider trailer to offer protection in transit.

 

 

Services

CRT is based in well equipped workshop facilities in Derby which are able to handle the most demanding tasks.  Welding equipment, radial drill, lathe etc are just some of the tools available to our highly skilled workforce.

CRT operates a fleet of fully equipped mobile self contained workshops.  These are able to undertake a whole array of tasks including welding (gas/electric), cutting, lifting, drilling, grinding etc to cover almost any type of repair.  All vehicles carry safety and insurance certificates for their equipment.  CRT has its own specialised safety recovery equipment required for confined spaces work.

CRT Plant Engineers Limited was formed in 1972, and over the past 30 years has earned a high reputation for the quality and reliability of its work in the Quarry and Power Generation Industries.

The expertise of its engineers embraces pneumatics, hydraulics, fabrication, design and fitted services, water pumps, pipe work, crushers, screens, cutting, welding, machining, and lathe work, together with operation knowledge gained over years of field experience.

Engineering repairs can be carried out on-site with the use of three fully equipped mobile workshops with the capacity for welding (gas and electric), cutting, lifting, drilling, grinding etc.
